1. No previous experience is needed for our Classic, Lash Lift and Brow Perfection courses.

1. You will need to have trained in Classics previously to book on to our Classic

1. Refresher Course.

1. You will need to be qualified in individual lashes for at least 3-6 months to be able to book onto our Russian Volume Eyelash Training Course.

1. You'll need to be qualified in Russian Volume for at least 3 months to be able to book on our Advanced Lash Course.

1. You will need to have a certificate in brow shaping and tinting in order to enrol onto our High Brow Course.

1. A course is non refundable once purchased.

2. ⁠Non arrivals/failure to attend cannot be rescheduled. You will have to re book and pay in full again in order to be re booked.

3. Rescheduling of your course is allowed if done at least 14 days prior to the course taking place.

4. Rescheduling 13 days or less prior to the course start date may be allowed but it is at the discretion of the company and subject to individual circumstances and availability of other courses.

This however will only be done once if it is agreed by both parties.

Further failure to attend any subsequent courses will result in having to rebook and pay for a new course.

5. Booking on to our package courses does not include models this will be extra.
