PLEASE NOTE
Patch tests are to be done at least 24 hours before any lash appointment, tint, or henna treatments, and 48 hours before for brow lamination or HD brows.
Our opening hours for patch tests in all 3 salons are, Tuesday to Friday 10am until 1pm and/or 4.30pm - 7pm and Saturdays 9am until 2pm.
Lash in-fills can only be done to lashes that have been previously applied by Lash Lounge technicians. If you cancel/miss your appointment without giving 12hrs notice you will lose your deposit. Please ensure you come to your appointment with clean lashes. We can offer Sunday appointments upon request (added fee)

CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to our busy schedules, we have implemented a cancellation fee for any appointments cancelled on the day of your treatment. The fee of £10 must be paid prior to booking your next appointment, and applies to all Lash treatments and Brow Laminations.

Gift vouchers come in denominations of £10. They are valid for one year. No change is given from them. Vouchers can be used for any treatment The Lash Lounge offers.

This will be deducted from the full price of your treatment at The Lash Lounge, receipts are available.
All cancellation and booking amendments require at least 12h notice. Should you cancel or fail to meet the 12h time frame for your first appointment, your deposit will become non-refundable. If you fail to turn up to your appointment without letting us know, it will go down as a “NO SHOW” on our system. Two or more “NO SHOW” will mean that when you make your next booking with us, you will be required to pay for the treatment upfront in full during the booking process.
